Every interaction is data
If it isn't measured, it isn't improved. Every tap, every visit, and every lead leaves a signal worth recording and understanding. Our obsession is turning those signals into decisions that close more sales.
About us
DataTouch was born from an uncomfortable observation: sales are lost more often because of what isn't done after meeting the client than because the client was never met.
Our story
We worked for years with sales teams who handed out cards at events, conferences, and meetings. The mechanic was always the same: data was exchanged, follow-up was promised, and then, back at the office, the flow broke down.
Cards piled up. Names blurred together. The conversation that seemed promising cooled while the seller tried to reconstruct, two weeks later, what each person had said and why they were interested. Existing tools — CRM, spreadsheets, calendars — handled the admin side, but never answered the question that really mattered: what happened after the first contact?
DataTouch was born to close exactly that gap. We built a smart NFC card that logs, measures, and delivers every interaction to a dashboard with BI from the first tap. It doesn't replace the human conversation; it makes it measurable and actionable.
What we believe
We don't promise magic. We promise clarity. These principles guide what we build, what we leave out, and how we handle your data.
If it isn't measured, it isn't improved. Every tap, every visit, and every lead leaves a signal worth recording and understanding. Our obsession is turning those signals into decisions that close more sales.
Your commercial information is not our inventory. We don't sell it, share it to train models, or use it for advertising. We follow the minimum-data principle: we only collect what actually helps you sell better.
Commercial instinct is still an advantage, but only when backed by real data. We build each widget to answer a concrete question: what works, who to call first, where to concentrate effort this quarter.
